Short Term (0-2 years)

- Some states have structural fire department wildland fire classes in addition to S-130 & S190. - Some states looking at new structure for training of structural departments using S-130/190/215 but not red carding due to process upkeep. - Ongoing discussions internally between states and structural departments and state ff associations. - Several states have incorporated wildland training into FF1 requirements. - TX for example, has two FF associations that have endorsed 310-1 as the training standard
