Mid Term (2-4 years)

- Utilized relationship with SREF to further explore NSAT data to identify markets and risk reduction. opportunity for additional GIS applications. see 2.C.1 notes as well - Discussions with NSAT on tying together data with SUMTF activities and SWRAP - Potential to develop a multi-landowner strategy with fire risk and economic development at the base (incl stewardship contracting and other existing authorities) - Zupko working on an economic summit targeted to state economic development agencies in governor's offices (2013/2014) - Zupko to follow up on linkages to SUM TF activities on international marketing campaign - Work with state economic develop to agencies to identify areas of low industry footprint and ensure awareness of forest products potential, especially low value in both new and existing industries. Target is land management/forest products community. SGSF SUM TF work as a springboard.
