- SGSF Disaster Response Handbook contains much of this information, but may need to be updated. Evaluate feasibility to update. -Recovery assistance has been added as an ESF in state plans for forestry as encouraged by FEMA. Develop list of contractors able to assist in rehabilitation to facilitate quick responses. Build into regional RSC communications and education plan.
