Create financial or non-financial incentives to increase the number of communities interested in creating a CWPP or attaining Firewise Community status or equivalent. Incentivize the maintenance of a healthy, active program based on the understanding that simply creating a CWPP is not enough; the end goal is supporting the development of an effective community organization.
