Make policy changes to Farm Service Agency (FSA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and U.S. Forest Service programs to further incorporate fuels reduction and fire risk management into core program components and work to expand DOI opportunities to assist private landowners with fuels reduction.
