- Opportunity to share drill designs and success stories. (e.g. SCFC does a statewide tabletop exercise - most states do something annually) Federal and state agencies work closely with local (city and county) stakeholders to plan and execute exercises to increase situational awareness, improve interoperability, and heighten readiness for evacuation. Coordinate with FEMA, DHS and local, county and state government.
