Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Western Regional Action Plan.
1. Develop and implement an activity monitoring plan to provide comprehensive annual feedback on the effects of implementing actions and tasks.
2. Participate in the development and reporting to a national web-based action plan outcome measure and activity reporting system designed to facilitate information gathering and exchange in support of Cohesive Strategy decision-making.
3. Meet quarterly to discuss Action Plan progress and effectiveness. Recommend Action Plan changes as needed.
4. Report to the national Cohesive Strategy leadership (WFLC, WFEC) annually on progress and needed adjustments as work progresses.
5. Annually review analysis of monitoring results and promptly adjust plan and/or reconvene groups to maximize the effectiveness - and minimize the adverse effects - of Action Plan implementation.

Other collaborators - WRSC partners. Task 1 - Developed spreadsheet tracking form for both regional and national priority actions. Also developed this online tracking system. April 2014 - both were useful in developing the 2014 Year in Review. Task 2 - Ann & Katie participated in development of web based tracking system. May 2014 updated to consolidate tasks. Task 3 - WRSC meeting June 13th (2nd QTR) to discuss AP progress. WRSC meeting July 11th and August 8th. Face to Face meeting November 12, 2013 in SLC. Regular meetings monthly. Face to Face meeting March 12-13, 2014 in Reno. Will continue with monthly meetings and planning Face to Face for Nov 2014. Boise? Task 4 - Ongoing reporting/updating at CSSC, WFEC and WFLC meetings. April 2014 - WFEC is dissolved. Awaiting next organizational steps from WFLC for continuation of WRSC charter. Reported implementation progress at WFLC face to face meeting on April 9, 2014 Task 5 - WRSC to complete a comprehensive review and revision of WRAP following completion of NAP in spring 2014. March 2014 - RSC agreed to continue with implementation now that the NAP and NS are complete. Will update plan accordingly at Face to Face in Nov 2014 and again in 2015.
