Mid Term (2-4 years)

Other collaborators: all stakeholders. Task 2 - NACo is the lead? Not sure that is the appropriate lead for this action. Will have group review. April 2014 Barriers groups for grants are considering new criteria that recognized actions under the CS goals. FEMA, BLM CA, etc. Task 3 - Initially target federal agencies for grants but expand to states and others over time. April 2014 - still not sure why NACo is the lead here. FEMA & BLM CA are considering new criteria for their grants tied to CS goals/actions. It's been suggested that the WRSC become a clearing house or first level of review for these grants in the West.
